Garrett Wilson
WR - New York Jets
2024 Outlook
Garrett Wilson had a standout performance at the Jets minicamp. He worked well with both quarterbacks and showed improvement in his route running, speed, and catching ability.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson is already one of the top receivers in the league based on pure talent, but quarterback play has held him back in his first two years as a pro. If Aaron Rodgers can stay healthy this year, Wilson could have an incredible season in real life and for fantasy, much to the delight of fans all over.
Garrett Wilson caught 2-of-5 targets for 34 yards in the Jets’ 17-3 win over the Patriots.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson and the entire Jets’ passing game struggled in the snowy conditions in New England. Wilson did take a hit to the head and exited the game with a neck injury. The 23-year-old will finish the 2023 campaign with 1,042 yards and three touchdowns on 95 receptions.
Garrett Wilson caught five of his 10 targets for 50 yards in a 37-20 loss to the Browns in Week 17.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson led the Jets in all receiving categories in the Thursday night loss. The second-year wideout did well to finish with 50 yards in a matchup against a tough Cleveland secondary. Sitting on 93 catches for 1,008 yards and three touchdowns, Wilson will finish off the 2023 season against the Patriots in Week 18.
Garrett Wilson caught nine of his 15 targets for 76 yards in a 30-28 win over the Commanders in Week 16.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson finished second in targets, catches, and receiving yards in the high-scoring win. The second-year wideout did suffer an injury scare in the first half as he limped off the field into the blue medical tent after a play, but he wound up returning shortly thereafter. Wilson draws a tough matchup against the Browns in Week 17's Thursday night game. Consider him a low-end WR2 for that contest.
Garrett Wilson caught 3-of-4 targets for 29 yards in the Jets’ 30-0 loss to Miami.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson’s 29 receiving yards are his lowest total since being held to nine yards by Buffalo in mid-November. Wilson and the rest of the offense failed to get anything going against a tough Miami defense. The 23-year-old will look to bounce back against the Commanders in Week 16.
